Hello, my name is Katarzyna Tokarska but you can call me Kasia if you prefer. I can work independently or within the team. I have a huge understanding of different situations and also of different needs people may have. I always make sure I provide all support the client need and that all needs of individual are being met.
I have Health and Social Care Level 2&3 Qualifications, 25 different courses which I have completed apart from that. I have been working with children, young people and adults with different disabilities and anexieties. I am happy to work with children with disabilities and learning difficulties, young adults with disabilities and learning difficulties, adults with learning difficulties, adults and elderly people.
I have a past of working in; Action Against Domestic Violcence, Youth club with children with autism, PMLD area in schools, College with young adults with Disabilities, Learning Difficulties and Anexieties. I also have experience caring for adults with different health conditions like Cancer and Dementia. I am confident and I always make sure that all work I do is completed perfectly. I also have a grate sense of humour and I am very optimistic person to be around.
